KHIRUL ISMAIL BIN TARIS, is presently the Chief Operating Officer of HTS. He graduated with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 1994. He started his career as Executive Trainee at TPMSB, a subsidiary of JCorp in May 1994 and was appointed as Project Engineer in the same year. In 2003, he was appointed as The Hospital Planning Manager Planning which include leading the hospital design team and in 2012, he was promoted as the General Manager, Hospital Planning Services which based in Johor Bahru. In 2015, he was promoted as the Chief Operating Officer of HTS. Currently he leads the branch office in Southern region and the hospital planning and design services. He involved in hospital planning in Malaysia and abroad for 17 years which comprises of 23 hospital in KPJ group of hospital, 3 private hospital operator and 2 private Ambulatory Care Centre. He also involved in hospital planning abroad for a few countries such as Papua New Guinea, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Poland and Indonesia.
He is involved in the planning and construction of general specialist hospital and many Centres of Excellence which include various Cardiac Centers, varies Radiotherapy and Oncology Centre, Nuclear Medicine Centre, Women and Baby Centre, Eye Centre, Dental Centre, In Vitro Fertility Centre, Medical BSL 3 Laboratory, Out Patient Centre, Aged Care Centre and Nursing Home Centre. He also involved in the mechanical and engineering planning design especially in Air Conditioning & Ventilation and Electrical System in operation theatre room, intensive care unit and other critical care areas.

Ir. Dzulkifle Bin Sulong holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University, Wisconsin, USA in 1998. He is a registered Professional Engineer (with Practicing Certificate) with the Board of Engineers and a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia. His career began with Petronas in 1989 and was later engaged by MMC Pencol – Spencer (M) Sdn. Bhd. as Cathodic Protection Engineer for Petronas PGUP 2. He has successfully designed and managed a few notable privatization projects such as PLUS, LATAR and Sime Darby – Lagong Development and 2 government hospitals. He has diversified experience in civil and structural consultancy works since 1991 and has served established engineering consultants and notable private developers locally, and in Middle East i.e. Saudi Arabia and Iraq, on various project nature on design, project management and construction supervision. His career growth with DPIK in project management on bridges, port and healthcare projects has extended his corporate exposure to spearhead Damansara Berhad’s construction arm for residential, commercial, water retention structure projects and diversified into technical auditing works with Johor Corporation. In 2010, he headed the Corporate Department for Penang Second Crossing concession company, being appointed as the Business Development Director for DPIK Group before assuming his current role with KPJ Healthcare Bhd in 2015.
